Every year, Campaign hosts a joint event with Breakthrough Breast Cancer at the annual National Cancer Research Institute (NCRI) conference.
The NCRI is a partnership between Government, charitable and private sectors that aims to develop a national strategy for cancer research and coordinate activities between member organisations. Campaign is an NCRI member.
The NCRI is able to analyse all the information on cancer research provided by the member organisations, mapping out what the members are funding. This allows gaps and opportunities in cancer research to be identified and can facilitate collaboration between cancer research funding bodies.
