Survival and self-renewal signalling pathways in human breast cancer stem cells

Synopsis

This Fellowship will provide more insight as to why breast cancer recurs after treatment and will lead to the development of more effective ways to treat breast cancer.

Aims & Goals

The project aims to find out more about breast cancer cells that survive current treatments in order to learn how to eradicate them.
